Last spring we sat with my parents in a Seattle Hospital room where my Dad was seeing doctors about upcoming cancer treatment. During our visit we told them about ideas for our first big 4000 mile trip through 5 western states. They listened with such painful looks on their faces when Mom finally said, only as Mom's can, "What if something happens"? We looked at at each other and responded "We hope something does". This is a running log of our adventures.

Comments, tricks, and advice on shooting stills and video.
Any comments on the video? The quality is good and the system seems easy to use. Might get an HD GoPro just incase we need it. Any comments on the helmet can angle? I like seeing the bike a little - plus the sky doesn't seem to wash out the video as much when the sun shines.
